Calls Received - updated every 30 mins

This graph represents the number of inbound calls into our call centre in any given 5 minute period. As you can see there are certain times of the day where we are busier than others. However, we actively monitor our peak times to ensure we always have enough people on the phones to answer your queries without keeping you waiting too long in a queue.

Club news,

Wednesday, an excellent day, Selsley was very thermally in the afternoon, John Goddards's Gentle lady flew well able to take full advantage of light thermals. My El-2 HLG found the conditions ideal.
The wind increased to 10MPH at Frocester for some smooth slope lift in the late afternoon. The evening finished with a power session on Minchinhampton, Chris Boosey's Fun Jet had an impressive turn of speed

Saturday at Selsley, a good day for scale flying, smooth lift with a little thermal help. My Pegase joined 4 full sizes for a while with the usual problem of which one is mine?
